    Possible strain on the biceps tendon for some people, especially if poorly executed. That seems risky to me.

    Misinformation, nobody gonna use this drugs in olifting just because it take 3-4 years to clean body from them Maybe 10 years ago like Ilja or 24 years ago like Mutlu, or even 30-40 years ago like dianabol by Bulgarians, But now in 2020s its just dangerous misinformation Weightlifters have special drugs that you probably never heard before.

    For the past month i noticed some dudes like dr mike israetel squat all the way down but the chest is up. I lose balance being that straight so for the past month i train that motion with assistance no weight and i still lose a bit of balance. Am i wasting time here? I do see i progress but is it worth it? I am asking because with the small tilt you did i can squat my bodyweight but with the chest fully expanded at the botton it becomes x10 harder especially the balance part as i go down slowly.

      @PaulSmith-pr7pv 5 годин тому

      Yes it’s worth it if that’s your goal. It may not look exactly the same as Dr Mike because your body is different, so don’t kill yourself contorting your body. Just do enough work to give you the mobility and strength you need to hit your best squat.

    I’m a weightlifter who’s dabbled in powerlifting, If you wanna squat bench and deadlift more, do lots of squat bench and deadlift. Don’t do Olympic lifts, the skill acquisition requirement for those lifts is insane, you will spend months drilling technique so you can get enough weight on the bar to make them useful. In those months you’ve spent doing technique drills, know what you could been doing? Adding kilos to your SBD and increasing proficiency in those lifts that you actually want to get good at! Weightlifting training is fun, and it’s an amazing skill to learn, but if you just wanna SBD, don’t bother learning Olympic lifts

    Oh, yes, I can confirm. I train with heavy weight 3 times a week, last Wednesday I had my first sprinting training session and my soleus is still screaming two days later. I have sore muscles I didn't even know I had until this drill 😮 Good reason to keep on training

    I do both. I’ll take a weight like 20 lbs and go so slow. Stretching all the way down and up. I can feel the burn 🔥 going slow.

    Hey, the fact is: Jesus died for you. He died on the cross for your sins. The Bible says we are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23) and so as humans we all deserve death since we have all sinned. But Jesus took on all of our sins on the cross so that we could have a relationship with the Father. We just have to accept this gift. We don't have to do big things. We trust in what Jesus has done for us and not trust in our own bad lives. Jesus ransomed us. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). The question when you stand before God is whether he knew you. Build a relationship with Jesus. Spend time with him, for example in prayer or reading the Bible. There is power only in the name of Jesus, not in the name of Muhammad, Buddha or Krishna. Jesus changed my life. He proved himself to me. Especially through the healings he did to me and through me on another person. He loves you, give him your life today. You never know when it's too late. Even if you still have doubts, just try this prayer: Jesus, today is the day that I give you my life. I believe that you died on the cross for me and rose again after three days. I am a sinner and need you as a savior. I repent and ask for your loving guidance in my life. In your mighty name, Jesus Christ, amen Convince yourself. You will not regret it. If you put your faith in Jesus, you will be saved. If he can change my life, then he can change yours too. I am certain that whatever we suffer in this world is nothing compared to the glory that God will give us (Romans 8:18).
